四、使用方法：

1、本產(chǎn)品一般使用100-120目絲網(wǎng)，根據(jù)不同圖案使用不同目數(shù)；

2、本產(chǎn)品使用后可自然干燥24小時(shí)或經(jīng)過烘道（干燥機(jī)）130℃過熱2-3分鐘；

3、印完后烘道完全烘干，即可馬上洗水，其洗水牢度可與同類膠漿比美。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：

1、自然干燥時(shí)間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關(guān)；

2、儲(chǔ)存期：在室溫下密閉可存放一年以上，倉庫內(nèi)要陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)；

3、使用后內(nèi)袋應(yīng)該重新扎實(shí)，以防暴露在空氣中造成結(jié)皮；

4、調(diào)色可根據(jù)客戶需要顏色的深淺來調(diào)入色種的分量，顏色調(diào)入太多容易引起掉色現(xiàn)象，色種最好控制在6%之內(nèi)；

5、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要測試顏色是否會(huì)升華到膠漿表面上，以減少不必要的損失；

6、使用本產(chǎn)品印花，必要時(shí)要進(jìn)行白膠漿和透明漿相調(diào)及攪勻印刷，以免出現(xiàn)裂紋及手感軟弱度差的現(xiàn)象；

7、使用透明漿印花，要稍加白膠漿摻和進(jìn)行調(diào)色印花有利于在紡織品面料上印花著色度飽和，更好發(fā)揮透明漿的應(yīng)用效果。

四、Usage

1、This product generally uses 100-120 mesh screen,according to different patterns uses different mesh.

2、This product can be natural drying for 24 hours or drying at 130℃ for 2-3 minutes.

3、When the product is completely dried through drying tunnel,it can be washed immediately,the washing fastness can be compared with the same kind of glue.

五、Notes

1、The time of natural drying is related to temperature and air humidity;

2、Storage: it can be placed above one year at room temperature,the warehouse should be cool、dry and ventilated.

3、The inner bag should be re-solid after use to prevent skin formation by exposed to air.

4、The toning can adjust the component of color seed according to the depth of color required by customers. Too much toning can easily cause color loss, and color seed should be controlled within 6%.

5、If print on the dark cloth which easy to fade,it necessary to make a test that the color whether sublimate on the surface of base,in order to reduce unnecessary losses.

6、When necessary, the white paste and transparent slurry should be adjusted and mixed evenly for printing, so as to avoid cracks and poor handle softness;

7、The use of transparent paste printing, a little white paste blending tocolor printing is conducive to printing on textile fabrics with chroma saturation, to better play the application effect of transparent paste.
