Summary: SDPW series computer integration laser engraving system adopts advanced technology, based on the principle of laser image setter sensitization .In the request of low application cost and environment protection, it has become the ideal upgrade product of laser image setter. The process of laser engraver is very simple. The engraver reads the image file which treated by computer color separation, then to make fabrication processing and type setting by special laser print software. To drive thelaser print head to print the design on the flat screen coated with sensitive glue, to get screen print plate after sensitization printout.

1) Low cost : to adopt laser direct engraving without any other medium ,to directly get the flat screen for production . Meanwhile the cost of ink lower so to save lot expense for screen engraving . Through measuring and calculation the cost of engraving within 8 RMB/sqm (notice : full breadth need 12L of solvent , normally need 6ml around )

 高精度： SDPW系列噴墨制網(wǎng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品采用高精度交流伺服系統(tǒng)，打印定位精度高達(dá)0.015mm； 采用熱發(fā)泡式微粒爆發(fā)墨頭，制網(wǎng)精度為360dpi/600dpi可選，采用壓電式噴墨打印頭，制網(wǎng)精度為360dpi/540dpi/720dpi/1080dpi/1440dpi 可選，滿足所有印花和印刷絲網(wǎng)制網(wǎng)要求，可實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的云紋、細(xì)線條等圖案，提高產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，減少膠片曝光的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)損失，同時(shí)解決拼版問題。
