四．操作應(yīng)用：

1．本產(chǎn)品一般使用80目120目網(wǎng)布，根據(jù)圖案的不同絲網(wǎng)一定要繃緊，這一點相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵：

2．為了保證印制效果，一般不要制作太厚網(wǎng)版，根據(jù)厚度不同需要印5—8次，在使用厚網(wǎng)版印刷時印完第一次需待底層干透后再進(jìn)行第二次印刷，一般印刷3—5次就能達(dá)到2-3毫米以上的高度。

3．本產(chǎn)品不易塞網(wǎng)，過稠時可加入適當(dāng)水漿攪拌均勻進(jìn)行稀釋。

4．在自然風(fēng)干48小時后，再過溫150度8-15秒，過溫時盡量將面料過反面。

5．使用時加入1%-2%交聯(lián)劑。（加好助劑的漿料要在3~6小時內(nèi)用完）

五、注意事項：

1、自然干燥時間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關(guān)。

2、調(diào)色可根據(jù)客戶需要顏色的深淺來調(diào)入色種的分量，顏色調(diào)入太多容易引起掉色現(xiàn)象，色種最好控制在5%之內(nèi).

3、如印容易掉色的深色布，需要測試顏色是否會升華到膠漿表面上，以減少不必要的損失。

4、使用本透明產(chǎn)品印花，要稍加白膠漿摻和進(jìn)行調(diào)色印花有利于在紡織品面料上印花著色度飽和，更好發(fā)揮透明漿的應(yīng)用效果

5、由于印花面料的多樣化，和一些外在的不確定因素做大貨之前先小樣實驗確定以后方可批量生產(chǎn)。未確定情況使用或操作不當(dāng)引起的質(zhì)量問題本公司概不負(fù)責(zé).

四．Operation application

1.This product usually use 80-120mesh screen, according to different patterns,the silk screen should be tightened, this one is very crucial.

2.In order to guarantee the printing effect,do not use too thick screen as usual,according to different thickness,print 5 or 8 times,when using thick screen to print,print in second time after the base dries completely in first time,as usual ,it can reach 2-3mm when printed 3-5times.

3.This product is not easy to mesh plug,when it is too thick, you could add appropriate water to stir evenly and mildly.

4.After air dry for 48 hours,and overheat at 150℃for 8-15seconds,when in the process of overheating should put the fabric in opposite side.

5.When using it,you could add 1%-2% catalyst or cross-linker.

五．Notes

1.The time of air dry is related to temperature and air humidity.

2.Adjusting color according to shade of color that customers need to add amount of pigment.If add too much it will lead to phenomenon of rubbing off, the amount of pigment should be controlled within 5%.

3.If prints on dark fabric that is easy to rub off, should be test color whether it sublimates on the surface of fabric,in order to reduce unnecessary financial losses.

4.Using clear product to print,should add white paste to adjust color printing,it makes printing looks full and reach the better application effect of clear paste.
